Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Paralegal, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Senior Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing case-related documents, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized case files, supporting attorneys during litigation, and facilitating effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong skills in Research and Document Review
- Excellent Communication skills for client and attorney collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines
- Experience with consumer protection and class action cases is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent paralegal certification required
- Familiarity with legal software and case management tools is a plus
