The team at Norman Santos has been repeatedly recognized as a key player in the representation of investor-owned electric, gas, and water utilities in complex administrative litigation before state regulatory agencies, such as the Public Utility Commission of Texas, Railroad Commission of Texas, Arkansas Public Service Commission, and Texas appellate courts. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced lawyers who are passionate about their practices, and you will have the opportunity for meaningful client contact and complex work sooner in your career than you would likely find at a large firm.
