Position Summary

The Senior Manager – Partner Relations is a key leadership role responsible for managing the broker network, driving strategic engagement, and overseeing daily operations of the Partner Relations team. This position requires a commercially driven professional with strong broker relationships and a focus on scaling Refine’s partner ecosystem. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution to maximize broker-led deal flow. This role reports to Head of Partner Relations.

Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with top-tier and emerging real estate brokers.

Implement engagement strategies, including outreach, exclusives, and performance tracking.

Support the Head of Partner Relations in onboarding new partners and executing initiatives.

Act as second-in-command, assisting with team planning and performance management.

Oversee daily operations, including CRM management, broker outreach, and follow-ups.

Mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality broker interactions.

Organize and conduct broker training sessions for new projects and campaigns.

Ensure brokers are updated on inventory, pricing, and promotional materials.

Develop standardized templates to streamline communication.

Plan and execute broker events, roadshows, and VIP activations.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to convert broker-led leads.

Track broker performance and refine engagement strategies based on data insights.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

5-8 years of experience in broker relations, sales enablement, or real estate partnerships in Dubai.

Established network within Dubai’s brokerage community.

Create and support with report and data analysis.

Proven experience in team management, event planning, and CRM systems.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

CRM platforms (Salesforce).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Event planning and project coordination.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Real Estate experience is must for this role. Specially in Property Development Sector.
