Senior Manager – Legal Project Management Jobs in Texas at Husch Blackwell
We are seeking an experienced Legal Personal Injury Case Manager to handle files in direct discussion with the attorney. We pay well, have good benefits, but most importantly, we have a healthy and welcoming work environment with training, bonus programs, and we care about our clients.
Our ideal case manager has 3+ years of experience managing motor vehicle accidents, premise liability and various other personal injury related cases from intake through case settlement. The ability to handle and manage heavy client contact, in a professional and friendly manner, is essential. Knowledge of Filevine is a plus. All inquiries will be kept confidential.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with new client intake as needed.
Inputting cases into our Filevine database.
Preparing and sending letters of representation.
Assisting clients with property damage claims.
Coordinating medical treatment.
Gathering and reviewing medical records.
Preparing and sending demand packages.
Assisting attorneys with case negotiations.
Contacting and keeping clients up to date on case progress throughout case.
Accounting and disbursal of settlement funds.
Required Experience/Skills:

Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and without close supervision.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Strong time management skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Responsible and reliable with superior work ethics.
Filevine a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
