About the Role:
You’ll handle a complex and varied caseload, including:
Property disputes Landlord and tenant issues Commercial litigation (including partnership and shareholder disputes) Boundary and neighbour disputes Professional negligence Insolvency and restructuring This position involves both strategic and
hands-on
responsibilities, including department
leadership
,
mentoring junior staff
, and active involvement in business development to grow the team and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Litigation department with strategic direction and
hands-on
casework Manage a caseload of complex and high-value disputes Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-practice success Drive business development and contribute to the firms local and regional profile Maintain compliance and
up-to-date
legal knowledge Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 7 years’ PQE in civil and commercial litigation Demonstrable
leadership
or supervisory experience Strong client development and networking skills Excellent communicator with a proactive and confident approach Proven ability to meet financial targets and manage files independently Ambition and commercial awareness What’s on
