Successful candidate will have at least two years of commercial transportation defense litigation experience. Qualified candidate must possess excellent analytical and research abilities, knowledge of and practical litigation experience, as well as strong written communication skills. Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. NJ Bar is strongly desirable.
