Senior Litigation Paralegal – Miami, FL
Are you a seasoned litigation paralegal with over 5 years of experience, looking to elevate your career in Miami? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to complex cases and leverage your expertise in litigation and potentially estates, trusts, or probate matters.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a litigation paralegal, with demonstrated expertise in handling high-stakes, document-intensive cases.
Job Stability: A proven history of dedication, with 3 years of tenure at multiple positions showcasing reliability and growth.
Litigation Expertise:
Extensive experience managing complex cases, including document-heavy discovery and trial preparation.
Familiarity with estates, trusts, and probate litigation is a strong plus.
In-depth knowledge of state and federal court procedures, including e-filing and trial support.
Billing Expectation: Ability to meet a 1,500 annual billable hours target.
Flexibility: While we primarily operate in-office, we provide flexibility to work remotely as needed to accommodate life’s demands.

Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in preparing trial materials and managing complex case logistics.
