Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case preparation regarding family law and estate planning.
Interview clients to gather necessary information for legal proceedings.
Draft legal documents, including family law pleadings and estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
Proofread and edit legal documents for clarity and correctness.
Maintain organized files and records for easy access and retrieval.
Answer phones.
Skills
Strong communication skills to effectively gather client information.
Experience with word and outlook.
Exceptional proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity legal drafting and calendaring.
Ability to file and manage various types of legal documentation efficiently.
Competent in legal drafting with a focus on clarity and precision in contracts.
