About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Case Manager to join our growing team. As a Legal Case Manager, you will be responsible for working one-on-one with our clients to guide them through the federal retirement disability application process. These are the responsibilities of a Legal Case Manager:
– Serve clients with effective, prompt and proactive communication
– Organize and prepare all case evidence
– Handle all communication with appropriate agency representatives
– Follow established processes to create and maintain an organized file
– Keep track of data and report to departmental leadership

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
