Job Summary

Duties
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
Proofread legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
Organize case files and maintain an efficient filing system.
Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties as needed.
Support litigation processes by gathering evidence and preparing exhibits.
Stay updated on changes in laws that may affect ongoing cases.
Skills
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in proofreading to ensure high-quality documentation.
Knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
