Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the litigation team, fostering a high-performance culture
Manage a caseload in commercial disputes, estate litigation, class actions, and negligence claims
Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes
Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the highest level of service
Engage in business development efforts to further grow the litigation practice
What You Bring Significant experience in corporate and commercial litigation, estate litigation, and/or class actions
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop legal teams
Strong courtroom
advocacy
and client-facing skills
Membership with the Law Society of British Columbia Ability to work on-site and directly engage with clients
