This is a very team-oriented, tight-knit group who work together collaboratively! This Senior Litigation Attorney will have a lot of autonomy while working in this fast-paced and dynamic company. This person will have the ability to work in a positive and team-oriented environment, while also working on very interesting and challenging cases.
What You Need
Must have a minimum 10 years experience with California state litigation (federal experience a plus, but not required), preferably in the fields of real estate, construction, landlord/tenant and business dispute matters.
Must have prior management experience
Must be able to assist with discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and court appearances.

Compensation
***** Base salary $170,000-$225,000 + discretionary bonus. + additional incentives on billing new business that range from 10%-15%! In addition, they offer
