Trustpoint One is pleased to work with a corporate client in its search for a Contracts Project Management Specialist to assist them with a project on a long term temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be available to work around 30 hours per week during normal business hours and reside within occasional commuting distance of Wilmington, Delaware. Working with all levels of management, the Contracts Project Management Specialist will assist with privacy and security agreements already in place with the company’s suppliers, including contacting suppliers; updating internal contacts; tracking progress using an Excel spreadsheet; escalating when necessary; and seeing the agreement through the process to completion. The person in this role will need to take ownership and drive this process but will NOT be negotiating and drafting contracts.
Qualifications include:
Some experience with commercial contracts is required in order to be able to answer questions.
Solid Excel experience and data entry skills are required in order to track progress.
Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail a must.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Must be comfortable in the legal space and previous experience as a paralegal is a plus.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
Pay rate: Commensurate with experience, starting at $35/hour.
