We are seeking a Senior Legal Specialist with extensive experience in the technology industry to join our core legal team. This position will play a pivotal role within the organization, be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, effectively identifying and managing legal risks, and serving as a key strategic partner to internal business units, with the potential to be groomed for future leadership roles.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Contract Management and Review: Draft, review, revise, and manage contracts in both Chinese and English; ensure contract terms and conditions align with company interests and compliance standards while coordinating the needs of various departments.
- Dispute and Case Resolution: Handle domestic and international litigation and non-litigation cases, including but not limited to legal research, document preparation, coordination with external counsel, and court appearances to protect the company’s best interest.
- Contract System Digitization : Optimize the electronic contract management system, and organize historical and current legal documents to enhance information retrieval efficiency and strength information security.
- Overseas Affairs Coordination: Assist in handling legal matters for overseas subsidiaries to ensure cross-border operations comply with local regulations.
- Group-Level Legal Support: Assist in handling various legal matters at the corporate group level.
- Project Management: Manage legal-related tasks for various company projects, including but not limited to process and system restructuring, corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investment projects.
- Compliance and Advisory: Provide professional legal advice and dispute resolution strategies to support internal business units, and assist in developing and implementing internal control mechanisms.
【Requirements】
- Work Experience: 10+ years of corporate legal experience (5+ years in the technology manufacturing industry is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law or related fields (an LL.M. or higher degree from an overseas institution is highly preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent/Proficient in English and Chinese (written, reading, listening, and spoken).
