About the Role
We are looking for a Legal Specialist based in the US to support B2B legal matters with our clients, ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing partnership agreements.
Responsibilities
Provide legal support on B2B matters, focusing on client contracts, partnership agreements, and compliance with US labor laws.
Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements with clients.
Advise on legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance in all client relationships.
Keep up to date with changes in employment and commercial law in the United States.
Qualifications
Law degree with specialization or experience in US labor and commercial law.
Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in legal advisory roles, preferably in HR services, staffing, or tech companies.
Experience working with B2B contracts, partnerships, and compliance.
Strong understanding of US employment law and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
