Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate domestic and international commercial agreements.
- Provide legal advice and support to cross-functional business teams.
- Support legal compliance initiatives and internal policy development.
- Handle contract disputes and legal risk assessments.
- Participate in IPO-related legal matters for affiliated companies.
- Support other legal projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English
Preferred
- Taiwan attorney's license is a plus
- Interest in in-house legal practice within the technology industry
