Location: Hanoi Capital Region
Central Retail Vietnam is looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Manager to join our Legal team and play a key role in supporting the expansion and development of our nationwide retail network.
What you’ll do:
✅ Provide legal advice on real estate, land, construction, project transfer, and investment matters.
✅ Support deal structuring and legal strategy for new store and commercial center expansion.
✅ Identify and mitigate legal risks throughout project development and commercial transactions.
✅ Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including land lease, commercial lease, project transfer, asset transfer, construction, and share purchase agreements.
✅ Represent the company in negotiations with landlords, investors, business partners, and government authorities.
We’re looking for:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Legal Practice Certificate is an advantage).
✔ 5–7 years of legal experience gained from reputable law firms or multinational companies.
✔ Strong expertise in real estate, project development, foreign investment, and commercial transactions.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
