media/events company with collaborations and projects across the globe. As a key player in the Singapore team, the role offers rare exposure across multiple domains (IP, corporate, capital markets).
** Key Responsibilities*
* – Deliver comprehensive legal counsel across corporate, commercial, and transactional matters.
– Draft, review, and negotiate
diverse
agreements while advising on compliance and governance.
– Lead risk management initiatives, identifying and resolving legal issues proactively.
– Manage and implement corporate policies, ensuring adherence to regulations and operational excellence.
– Oversee projects, coordinating effectively with internal and external parties to achieve strategic objectives.
** Key Requirements*
* – Law degree with 10-15 years, experience in law firms and/or in-house roles.
– Blend of expertise in intellectual property related work, and capital markets.
– Experienced in managing legal affairs within Singapore and other international markets.
– Exceptional
communication skills
, with proficiency in drafting and stakeholder engagement.
– Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and a balanced approach to legal and business needs.
– Capable of working independently and collaboratively within
diverse
teams under tight deadlines.
