Senior Legal Officer – Asset Management – 12 months FTC
About the Role: A flourishing investment firm is seeking an experienced CoSec/Legal profile to join our dynamic team of 5 people in their Luxembourg office.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate secretary support:
Lead and organize board meetings, including quarterly, ad hoc, and financial approval meetings.
Draft notices, proxies, and resolutions; draft and review, agreements, and related documentation.
Legal Transaction:
Assist the wider team with corporate and legal transactions, ensuring the completion of administrative formalities.
Prepare internal and external legal documents, and coordinate with law firms and external third parties (Service Providers, Notaries, etc).
Compliance Oversight:
Oversee the administration of client structures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Review KYC and AML procedures, and manage associated risks.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the fund’s sector.
Master’s degree in Law, or a related field.
Fluent in English.
Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, curiosity, and a commitment to results.
