Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Legal based in Pune, with 10–15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in the manufacturing industry, preferably Electrical/Electronics.
The role will work closely with Top Management and Operations, handling commercial contracts, MOUs, JV agreements, litigation, debt recovery, Labour Laws and dispute resolution. The candidate will also be responsible for IPR matters, including Patents, Trade Marks, renewals and infringement cases, as well as land/property-related matters and coordination with government authorities. Strong experience in managing external counsel, advising factories and regional/zonal offices, and representing the company in legal matters across India is required.
The role involves PAN India travel.
