JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide legal advice covering foreign investment, enterprise establishment, labour, regulatory, general corporate/commercial/M&A matters/due diligence/real estate matters, dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, prepare legal memorandum and legislative documents related to the establishment, operation and business activities of client’s companies and their business.
- Work closely with teams and lawyers to ensure all legal consultation works align with legal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee and manage work progress of subordinate teams while promptly reporting to lawyers and/or company’s director.
- Develop relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Represent clients working with competent state authorities.
- Other works assigned by lawyers and/or company’s director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must have at least a lawyer practicing certificate.
- Minimum of seven years working for a foreign law firm or a leading domestic law firm.
- Able to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging workload.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
SKILLS
- Good command of English.
- Proficient writing skills (Vietnamese & English).
- Legal research, contract drafting and regulatory compliance.
- Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, Internet research, legal databases, and AI-assisted tools.
