Litigation Paralegal for Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm
A busy, successful, fast-paced personal injury law firm handling high value cases is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal.
Our ideal paralegal must be able to manage court deadlines, handle day-to-day litigation processes from complaint filing all the way through trial. Knowledge of handling cases in Federal Court is essential.
Job duties include but not limited to:
E-Filing Complaints, Pleadings, Subpoenas, etc.
Service of Complaints, Subpoenas, etc.
Calendaring
Scheduling depositions
Research, Discovery, Disclosures
Requesting medical records through a 3rd party records collection company
Keeping clients up-to-date on progress of their case
Required Experience/Skills:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills
Strong time management skills
Superb customer service
Dependable, responsible, reliable with superior work ethics
