This is a new and critical hire to support the Asia-Pacific market which includes key countries such as Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.

Job Description
- In this role you will support the AP market business leaders with on-going transactions, marketing, sales, commercial contracts and day to day advice.
- Your role will take a leading role on complex transactions, ensuring legal support is available throughout deal lifecycles.
- You will also support product teams with the development of new products, services and solutions.
- This is a senior counsel role which forms part of the leadership team in Asia, offering oversight and exposure to strategic operations for a multi-billion dollar company.
- Reporting to the General Counsel and forming part of her key APAC team, your career development is of the highest importance.
Requirements
- 8 – 14 PQE
- Corporate and commercial background, ideally with a mix of law firm and In-House
- In-House background from stable technology based businesses essential
- Ability to work with sales, marketing and product teams across Asia
- Ability to work across cultural barriers, not just in Asia but the UK and US
