The Berkshire Law Office, PLLC is looking for a full time family law attorney with 0-5 years’ experience. The firm handles primarily high-end and complex family law cases at the trial court level and has the most distinguished family law appellate practice in the state with over 39 Published Opinions. The attorney would work on trial cases as well as appeals, and handle their own caseload .
Familiarity with Title 25, the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure, Microsoft Office, and general litigation is helpful, but not required. The ideal candidate would have strong work ethic and a desire to learn. The applicant must be licensed in Arizona, and must have strong verbal and writing skills. This is an ideal opportunity for a new lawyer interested in family law and appeals to learn from some of the most respected lawyers in these areas. Currently the Berkshire law office has two other attorneys and one law clerk awaiting admission to the Bar.
