Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counsel to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle overseas arbitration, litigation, and other dispute resolution related to the business.

Deal with inquiries, investigations, and complaints from overseas regulatory agencies.

Draft, review and revise day-to-day business contracts, provide risk assessments and legal consultation opinions to support business growth.

In charge of negotiations and legal document reviews related to overseas matters.

Complete other tasks arranged by the leadership.

Required skills / Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above, Juris Doctor/LLM preferred, EU/UK Bar admission (or equivalent in jurisdiction) preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in overseas legal affairs, familiar with laws and regulations related to company operations and foreign litigation procedure, EU/UK litigation experience preferred.

Strong analytical capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit.

Fluent English is required, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in German and/or Dutch.

Strong personal character and professional ethics, strictly abides by relevant laws and regulations, capable of fulfilling duties loyally.
