We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to support the General Counsel and independently manage corporate, legal and contractual matters across an international group.

Key responsibilities

* Manage corporate, legal and contractual topics at Group level

* Draft, review and negotiate business partner and commercial agreements

* Prepare and follow up on Board meetings, resolutions and corporate actions

* Advise internal stakeholders and liaise with customers and external partners

Your profile

* Law degree (Austria); international Master’s degree a plus

* 7+ years’ in-house experience in an international group (private equity background advantagous)

* Strong expertise in Austrian corporate law, governance and European corporate law

* Business-oriented, precise, resilient and proactive

* Fluent in English (German required)
