Position: Â Senior Legal Counsel (Intellectual Property)
** Description**:
Kerry Consulting is working closely with a Singapore Headquartered Organization that is a leader within the Energy space. As part of their growth journey, the organization have been pushing boundaries on the digital front and looking at new solutions to help build a more green environment
This is a brand new headcount within the Legal Function for someone to look join the team ideally with Intellectual Property matters to help support the business in terms of their new digital business solutions.
** Responsibilities*
* You will be a legal advisor to the business and provide legal advisor on a broad range of corporate commercial matters. You will also be the key point of contact for all intellectual property matters for the organization’s technology solutions and play an active part during the
research and development
of such solutions. You will also assist to review all technology related contracts, both software and hardware as well as providing advice on any licensing related matters.
Together with the wider team, on an adhoc basis, you will assist to handle any litigation and dispute matters.
** Requirements**:
You should be a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 8 years PQE and ideally have covered intellectual property (IP) related matters as part of your portfolio. You should be highly
dynamic
and have the ability to see through transactions independently.
