My Client is a prominent Insurance firm with strong regional footprints. They have an established team and is now looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the team. This will be an
exciting
opportunity for a senior counsel to be part of a business that is evolving and at the forefront of
innovative
insurance solutions.
As Senior Counsel, you will draft, review, negotiate corporate agreements (specific to insurance and other general corporate matters), provide timely and accurate legal advice on contractual, regulatory, corporate governance and litigation issues, ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies that are applicable to an insurance business and handle complex matters that arises from the ordinary course of business i.e. Regulatory, cross-border licensing, claims, as well as transactions (investments, M&A).
