I am partnering with a Private Equity backed global business in their search for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the team on an initial 12 month FTC. Reporting to the European General Counsel, responsibilities will include:
Supporting all day to day French legal matters, customer contract and tender reviews, legal negotiations for both private and public tenders (public tender experience is essential).
Procurement support, supplier contracts and supporting tenders for services and goods.
Maintaining legal updates to suite of French customer and supplier T&Cs and drafting new templates as required.
NDAs – reviewing third party confidentiality agreements
Company Secretarial Work for 3 French entities
Dispute Management (excluding debt recovery), supporting negotiation of settlements.
