Position Overview:
As a key member of the legal team, you will be responsible for managing legal risks and providing advice on business law, energy law, M&A, and commercial contracts. Your expertise will support the company’s expansion strategies across various jurisdictions, with a focus on practical legal solutions and effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, mitigate, and manage legal risks within the group.
Advise on business law, energy law, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with business units.
Conduct legal risk analyses and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Support M&A-related subsidiary integration and manage litigation matters.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal legal processes.
Profile:
Master’s degree in Law, with a focus on corporate or business law.
At least 10 years of experience in a law firm or large corporate environment.
Strong background in corporate law is essential.
Expertise in business law (commercial, corporate, insolvency), with additional knowledge in competition law, technology law, or public procurement being an advantage.
Experience in employment law is a strong asset.
Knowledge of Luxembourgish law or energy law is a plus.
Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German or Dutch is a bonus.
