Senior Legal Counsel – Construction & Procurement

Senior Legal Counsel to join a high-growth technology business at an exciting stage of expansion. This newly created role focuses on construction and procurement matters, providing exposure to complex commercial projects across multiple jurisdictions.

About the role:

You will join a legal team of approximately 10, reporting to the Head of Legal. The team has a mix of top-tier law firm alumni and deep in-house experience, providing a collaborative environment with exposure to high-value projects.

As a construction and procurement lawyer, your work will include:

  • Drafting, negotiating, and managing construction contracts (e.g., EPC, subcontractor agreements, and design & build arrangements)
  • Advising on procurement contracts, including vendor agreements, supply chain arrangements, and energy/connection contracts
  • Managing risk, compliance, and liability issues arising from construction and procurement projects
  • Supporting cross-functional teams on general commercial contracts, joint ventures, and property matters

About you:

  • 5–10 years PQE with a strong construction law background
  • Experience from a large/top-tier law firm or a high-growth technology company
  • Practical experience advising on complex, high-value construction and procurement projects
  • Comfortable managing general commercial matters and cross-border transactions
