Provide strategic legal guidance on regulatory, operational, and commercial matters.

Review, draft, and negotiate financial and corporate contracts, agreements and documentation.

Provide timely and reliable legal advice to the business on legal risks arising from transactions

Manage disputes and liaise with external legal advisors on corporate matters.

Support internal policy development and drive corporate governance initiatives across business units.
skills and experience required

Bachelor of Laws from a reputable institution and qualified to practice law.

Minimum 15 years of post-qualification legal experience within financial services or a top-tier firm.

Sound knowledge of banking frameworks, financial regulations, and corporate law.
