该职位来源于猎聘 Overview: As a senior position, this role is expected to have comprehensive professional experience in the retail business field and be capable of independently conducting professional analysis and assessment of the tasks under the scope of responsibility, identifying potential risks, organizing and coordinating cross-departmental meetings, and formulating solutions and consistent action plans (with specific but broadly including the following responsibilities).
- Have solid expertise and experience in supporting MKT, PR, CRM, EC and other backend functions to provide timely and professional advice and solution.
- Have experience in supporting BD related projects such as negotiating and execution of store lease agreements.
- Handle matters related to intellectual property rights.
- Provide professional legal analysis and advice on issues related to the protection of personal information and data security that may arise in daily operations and business activities.
- Draft and review various contracts involved in the company’s business operations and adjust the review and negotiation strategies dynamically based on the company’s bargaining power.
- Refine compliance mechanism in each function, monitor compliance implementation and calibration.
- Continuously optimize various existing processes of the company. When necessary, provide training to relevant departments of the company, so that the concept of compliance can be deeply rooted in the mindset and the daily work of employees, to reduce unnecessary legal risks.
- Have relevant experience in supporting the HR department, including but not limited to improving the employee handbook and labor contract, and handling employee disputes.
- Handle and update incorporate legal documents, such as board resolution, Articles of Association, legal representative authorization letter.
- Execute other responsibilities as determined by Legal Director, which may include provision of legal advice to one or more allocated areas to support business priorities.
- Management intern, corporate seals and contract files. Qualification requirements:
- University law degree and bar admission. Experience to study aboard is a plus.
- 8+ years of PQE, ideally hold both well-known law firm experience and in-house legal support experience with an international company, retail industry is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and highest integrity.
- Excellent legal skills (drafting and analytical) and high efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex legal problems and develop suitable solutions.
- Strong business mindset, understanding of business, corporate governance and regulatory issues.
- Able to work under high pressure and good at multi-tasking and team work.
- Excellence in English as a working language, both writing and oral speaking.
