Provide legal support and advice on ICT areas legal issues, assess and handle risks for the company’s governance, operation, and transaction;
Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements, etc.;
Support negotiation and communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders;
Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities;
Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function
Requirements
Graduated from a well-known law school
6+ years of working experience as a Legal Counsel in ICT & Digital field;
Good understanding of the ICT industry and digital business;
Good prioritization and time-management skills;
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
A deep understanding of the data protection area is a plus
