Our global client is looking for a Commercial Lawyer / Senior Legal Counsel to join their busy in-house legal department. They are seeking a commercial lawyer with strong experience in large complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation. You will receive full support to develop your technical and commercial skills while having opportunities to progress within the team.
Remote Working Opportunity: The head office is based in London, and they would consider candidates who can come into the office two to three days a week. If candidates want to work in the office more, that too is possible.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
Be a qualified solicitor with strong experience in large complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
Have between 4 – 8 years PQE.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commercial/business outlook to their work.
Join a highly regarded and successful in-house legal team dealing with interesting, multi-jurisdictional work.
Our client envisages that candidates with between 4 to 8 years PQE will have the relevant skills and knowledge for this position; however, this is given as an approximate guide for applicants. Our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but have the relevant experience.
