Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and risk assessment to senior leadership.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
Lead litigation management and regulatory investigations.
Oversee relationships with external counsel to ensure cost-effective and high-quality legal support.
Develop legal processes, leveraging technologies such as generative AI for operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations through policy development, monitoring, and licensing oversight.
Support corporate governance initiatives and act as a key advisor on legal matters impacting the business.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong contract drafting and review experience.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the gaming industry.
Privacy certifications and experience working with regulatory authorities.
Multiple language capabilities.
Proficiency with tech tools and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Requirements
