Looking to connect with professionals with 17+ years of experience in the IT contracts, lease agreements and procurement contracts. This is for an interesting opportunity with an aviation company in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of global and domestic commercial contracts, including but not limited to aviation-related agreements, financing and leasing transactions, loan documentation, and procurement contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to internal teams on commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, IT, etc.) to structure, negotiate, and close complex deals.
• Oversee and manage legal aspects of digital/IT agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal standards.
• Handle disputes, arbitration, and litigation matters, when necessary, ensuring company’s interests are protected.
• Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to the aviation sector.
• Manage external legal counsel for specialized matters and provide oversight as needed.
• Ensure all legal risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout contract negotiations and transactions.
