JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the review, preparation, administration, and management of contracts and legal services support. This includes assistance with the preparation of legal research, review and preparation of contracts and other legal documents and support with legal questions.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in the preparation and administration of contracts and other legal documents
Associate degree from an accredited institution in the field of Paralegal studies, Business, or related field
Prior experience in a legal office
OR
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
