Role: Senior Legal Counsel
Location: Hamburg- 1x per month

You’ll be the pragmatic legal partner for Product, Growth, and Commercial teams—helping new initiatives move fast while keeping risk in check. Templates, playbooks, automation, and smart workflows are your tools for making legal repeatable, efficient, and business-friendly.
What You’ll Do
- Advise Product, Growth & Commercial teams with practical guidance
- Draft & negotiate partnerships, marketing deals, SaaS & platform contracts
- Build templates, playbooks & CLM workflows for repeatable legal processes
- Own growth workstreams end-to-end, driving alignment and decisions
- Streamline processes, introduce automation, and improve efficiency
What You Bring
- Strong experience in commercial contracting & negotiations
- Track record in fast-moving digital, platform, or e-commerce businesses
- Pragmatic, business-focused risk management
- Legal ops mindset: intake processes, CLM systems, templates, playbooks
- Bonus: experience in regulated industries or multi-jurisdictional EU/UK deals
- Collaborative, fast, and scalable-thinking
