Boutique Downtown Law Firm Seeks Experienced Litigator
Exceptional boutique law firm seeks an experienced litigator with 8 plus years of litigation experience.
Needs to be someone with VERY strong litigation skills and federal court experience.
The cases are extremely complex and will require exceptional experience and smarts in federal court.
Attorney must be experienced in working up cases for trial and even going to trial.
The lawyer needs to have extensive federal practice experience.
Need someone who can brief complex legal issues. Appellate experience would be a plus for this candidate since both cases will go up to the Fifth Circuit.
Attorney needs to be able to write well; need the work product to be file-ready with a limited amount of review.
Attorney will second-chair the cases at trial.
Attorney must be an organized person who can get these cases ready to go despite a massive amount of documentation, and many complex legal issues.
Salary would be commensurate with experience. Intellectual Property litigation experience a plus.
