Senior Legal Counsel

To support the business strategy and operations by providing proactive, professional, and solution-oriented legal support. Act as a trusted business partner to manage legal risks, enhance compliance, and ensure the business operates within applicable laws and regulations. Foster awareness among employees regarding compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Support: Provide cost-effective legal services, draft and review contracts, ensure compliance.
Advisory Role: Offer legal guidance on strategies, documents, and disputes to minimize risk.
Compliance & Risk Management: Identify risks, ensure legal compliance, and conduct employee training.
Corporate Governance: Manage corporate housekeeping and legal entity compliance.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on laws and enhance legal processes.
Collaboration: Align legal strategies with business goals and coordinate with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in Law or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience as a legal counsel, preferably in a corporate or commercial legal environment.
Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Ability to identify and manage legal risks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
