The Business
A leading infrastructure-focused organisation operating across major energy and infrastructure projects. The business is highly commercial, fast-paced and collaborative, with legal embedded as a trusted strategic partner rather than a back-office function. Lawyers are closely involved in day-to-day decision-making and play an active role in shaping commercial outcomes.
The Role
This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a senior lawyer to step into a broad, influential in-house role covering complex infrastructure matters. You’ll be one of the most senior legal resource reporting directly to a fantastic General Counsel during the 12 month contract, working closely with senior commercial leaders and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice across the business.
The work is varied and hands-on, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure, energy and major projects and significant exposure to senior stakeholders.
About You
- Qualified lawyer with at least 8+ years PQE
- Strong background in infrastructure / energy / major projects
- Prior in-house experience essential
- Commercial, confident and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
- Able to engage credibly with senior executives and influence outcomes
