JOB DESCRIPTION: This role does not require an attorney or bar admission. We are seeking professionals who strongly match the contract drafting, document execution, and transformation support skills outlined below.
Role Summary The Senior Associate will support the development and delivery Americas strategy by providing structured analysis, problem solving, and hands‑on execution support for high‑impact transformation initiatives. The role works closely with leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable, execution‑ready outputs.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skill Set
Candidates should have strong, hands‑on experience with:
- Drafting and finalizing complex legal and commercial documents (execution‑ready)
- Producing long‑form agreements with schedules, annexes, amendments, and renewals
- Translating agreed commercial inputs into precise legal language (without reinterpretation)
- Contract hygiene: definitions, clause logic, numbering, cross‑references, formatting
- Managing redlines, version control, and iterative stakeholder feedback
- Identifying drafting gaps or inconsistencies and proactively flagging issues
- Supporting multiple parallel drafting workstreams under tight timelines
- Coordinating with legal, business, franchise, and SME stakeholders
- Operating within large programs or transformation initiatives
- Basic project management across drafting deliverables and dependencies
