Position: Senior Legal Associate PIMCO

You will support the Legal and Compliance Department by addressing U.S. regulatory legal matters and overseeing client contracting activities. This position requires working closely with Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure comprehensive legal support. Your experience in managing legal workflows and understanding complex regulations will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and manage client agreements and documentation
• Prepare and file regulatory submissions accurately
• Engage with multiple stakeholders for compliance issues
• Identify legal workflow improvements through technology
• Support corporate governance requirements and initiatives
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor preferred, Bachelor’s required
• Minimum 3-5 years legal/compliance experience
• Familiarity with SEC and asset management regulations
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects
