Description
Position Summary: In the position of Sr. Manager Legal Applications, you will support the continuous business requirements of software utilized by the legal team at Monster Energy. It involves collaborating closely with the legal team to gather requirements and coordinating with development teams to deliver solutions. Provide training and technical support to business teams using contract lifecycle management (CLM), intellectual property (IP) software, Litera compare, and other legal-specific applications.
Essential Job Functions:
Management of team internal and external resources to provide solutions.
Serve as primary IT contact for all legal software needs; CLM, Litera compare, Resolver, Microsoft Word, and any additional software as needed.
Partner with the business teams on development and feature enhancements in the CLM tool as well as provide support for the users.
Create clean, clear processes based on business use cases and industry best practices.
Provide reports that illustrate success in the business.
Manage team that resolves, monitors, and tracks situations and issues to resolution, to the satisfaction of users, requiring accurate problem identification and diagnosis.
Manage team that will maintain documentation (i.e., knowledgebase) regarding all potential solutions, including workarounds and permanent solutions.
Provide strategic guidance and forward thinking when supporting and implementing applications.
Stay up to date with current solutions in the marketplace to be proactive in supporting Legal teams.
Position Requirements:
Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of IT or related field of study.
Additional Experience Desired:
More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
Computer Skills Desired:
Deep Knowledge of Conga CPQ and CLM, Workshare Compare, Resolver, iManage.
Preferred
Certifications:
Certified Legal Management (CLM) 102.
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role:
Understanding of Legal terminology and workflows.
Base Salary Range: $112,500 – $150,000
