Job Overview
We manage over 150 properties. We are seeking an In-House Attorney to interface with the company’s outside counsel and to advise on employment and habitability issues. The ideal candidate will be familiar with employment and habitability issues. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance to client on employment and habitability issues
Work with outside counsel to coordinate the transfer of litigation matters
Update management and outside counsel on legal matters
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
