We’re currently looking for a Senior Legal Advisor (Real Estate) to join our Real Estate Legal team.
Are you an experienced legal professional with a strong background in Real Estate and M&A? Do you enjoy navigating complex transactions, negotiating agreements, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical legal solutions? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
These will be your responsibilities:
- Participating in the negotiation of transactions in which the company intends to become a party and drafting contract proposals, ensuring the legality and security of the related operations;
- Drafting, reviewing, and providing legal approval for documentation related to real estate transactions involving the company;
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence required for the proper execution of contracts;
- Providing proactive legal advice and guidance to internal departments on matters relevant to their activities;
- Managing relationships with contractual partners, notaries, and relevant authorities (including the Land Registry);
- Monitoring the execution of contracts and compliance with contractual obligations, including invoicing and collection processes, and identifying any risks or issues that may impact the company’s operations.
You won’t be doing this on your own, but with a team that likes working with and for people.
It’s necessary that you come up with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the legal field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in M&A and Real Estate, preferably within a multinational company;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage complex situations;
- Team-oriented mindset, diplomacy, and a solution-driven approach;
- Willingness and availability to travel when required.
