We are looking for a Senior Legal Advisor with 10+ years PQE, preferably from a Tier 1 law firm, with strong experience in M&A and Infrastructure Project Contracting. The ideal candidate will bring deep legal expertise in general corporate law and hands-on experience in sectors such as power, oil & gas, defense, and urban infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, structuring, and FEMA compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate SPAs, SSAs, SHAs, JV Agreements, and related investment documents.
Handle EPC contracts, O&M agreements, PPAs, infrastructure and revenue sharing contracts.
Provide legal input on project structuring, risk mitigation, and regulatory frameworks.
Offer support on corporate legal matters and collaborate closely with business teams.
Manage negotiations with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and counterparties
Preferred Experience:
Regulatory advisory in core infrastructure sectors.
Exposure to project finance, lending agreements, and IBC proceedings.
Qualifications:
LLB from a recognized university.
At least 10 years of relevant experience with emphasis on M&A and infrastructure projects.
