Ovation Law Firm is hiring a Paralegal to manage Lemon Law cases from start to finish in a pre-litigation setting—no court appearances, no drafting pleadings. This is a high-impact role focused on client communication, documentation, and negotiation with vehicle manufacturers.

What You’ll Do
Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation Lemon Law matters
Communicate directly with clients (2+ hours/day via phone & email) to guide them through the legal process
Negotiate settlements with vehicle manufacturers to maximize recovery
Organize and manage all case documents, deadlines, and client follow-ups
Finalize agreements and oversee fund collection
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in paralegal work, legal assistance, client relations, or case management
Strong communication skills—comfortable explaining legal processes to clients
Organized, proactive, and motivated by performance results
Experience in negotiation, dispute resolution, or consumer protection law is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
Paralegal certification is a plus, but not required
