WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR LEGAL – PROPERTY & REAL ESTATE
Are you a Legal professional with strong experience in Property, Real Estate, or Construction?
We are currently looking for a Senior Legal to join our growing team in Bali.
This is an opportunity for a legal professional who is ready to take a more strategic role in handling property transactions, land matters, contracts, corporate legal affairs, compliance, and legal risk management across our business operations.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
✅ Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in Property, Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, or Corporate Legal
✅ Strong experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation
✅ Good understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law, Property/Land Law, Contract Law, licensing, and regulatory compliance
✅ Experience handling land acquisition, property transactions, legal due diligence, licenses, and permits
✅ Comfortable dealing with notaries, government institutions, external lawyers, and internal stakeholders
✅ Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Good command of Bahasa Indonesia & English, both written and spoken
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
LOCATION & MOBILITY
Placement: Bali, Indonesia
We are open to candidates currently based outside Bali, provided you are genuinely willing to relocate and be based in Bali.
The role may also require business travel to our properties and project sites across Indonesia, so flexibility to travel is important.
